TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We kindly ask that you read the following Terms and Conditions carefully, as they form the basis of your agreement with Beyond Hair.
1. Payments
We accept payment via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) and cash.
Please note that credit and debit card facilities are not available.
All EFT payments must be finalised no later than three (3) days prior to your scheduled booking.
Cash payments are accepted on the day of service, provided this has been arranged in advance.
Outstanding balances beyond the agreed timeframe may incur additional administrative action.
2. Deposits
A deposit is required to secure your selected booking date. A booking is not confirmed until the required deposit has been received.
All deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
The deposit must be received within fourteen (14) days of your quotation being issued. Failure to remit the deposit within this timeframe may result in the release of your requested booking date.
Bridal Bookings: $300.00 deposit
Event Hairstyling Bookings: $100.00 deposit
3. Cancellations
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. As your wedding date is reserved exclusively for you, the following policy applies:
Cancellations made within ninety (90) days of the confirmed booking date will require full payment of the quoted amount, as the reserved time cannot be reallocated.
All deposits are strictly non-transferable and cannot be applied to future or alternative bookings.
In the rare circumstance of illness or emergency, every effort will be made to arrange a trusted stylist of equal standard so your day continues seamlessly. Where this is not possible, any payments made will be refunded in full.
4. Changes to the Booking
We understand that plans may evolve; however, once your booking is confirmed, your date and allocated time are reserved exclusively for you.
Changes to the confirmed date, location, start time, or guest numbers cannot be guaranteed and remain subject to availability.
Reductions in guest numbers made within thirty (30) days of your booking will be charged in accordance with the original quotation, as the reserved time cannot be reallocated.
Additional services or attendees requested on the day are subject to availability and will incur supplementary charges.
Where an assistant or second hairstylist has been secured, their full fee remains payable if changes impact their confirmed involvement.
Relocation of the service may result in revised travel, accommodation, or time-based charges, which will be advised accordingly.
Beyond Hair is not responsible for delays resulting from late arrivals, hair not prepared in accordance with provided guidelines, or alterations to the agreed schedule.
5. Travel
Beyond Hair is a fully mobile, on-location service.
Travel fees apply to all bookings and are calculated from our base in the Macarthur Region, South-Western Sydney.
A flat call-out fee of $200 covers travel within a 25km local radius. Locations beyond this distance will incur additional travel fees, confirmed within your quotation.
To ensure a seamless setup, suitable parking must be arranged at your venue or within 200 meters walking distance to accommodate professional equipment.
Destination & Extended Travel
For weddings requiring travel beyond 2.5 hours from our base, accommodation will be required to ensure timely attendance on the booking date.
Extended travel bookings beyond 2.5 hours are subject to a minimum fee commencing from $1,200.
Interstate weddings require a minimum of three (3) nights’ accommodation.
Overseas bookings will be quoted upon request.
6. Additional Fees
The following additional fees may apply, where applicable:
Exclusive Bride Only bookings commence from $800, excluding travel and any additional services.
For locations beyond our 25km local radius, a minimum of three persons is required per booking. Where this minimum is not met, a minimum service fee of $800 will apply, excluding travel.
Bookings commencing prior to 6:00am incur an early commencement fee from $80.00 per hour, per stylist.
Where an assistant or additional hairstylist is required, fees commence from $120 per hour, per stylist, plus applicable travel fees.
Hair extensions are not supplied. Should you wish to incorporate your own extensions, a styling fee of $20 per person applies.
A 20% surcharge applies to public holiday and out-of-hours bookings.
Additional expenses including accommodation, flights, luggage, meals, or specialised styling materials may apply and will be detailed within your personalised quotation.
7. Illness Policy
If you are unwell in the days leading up to your booking, please notify us as early as possible.
As we often work in close proximity to families, children, and elderly guests, we request that all clients be mindful of health and hygiene. Should you prefer additional precautions, such as mask-wearing or specific health guidelines, we are more than happy to accommodate your request.
8. Refunds & Service Adjustments
If you have any concerns during your appointment, please notify Beyond Hair at the time the service is being provided so that any reasonable adjustments can be made promptly.
Requests for changes once a style has been completed and approved may incur additional fees and remain subject to availability. Beyond Hair does not offer refunds for services that have been completed.
9. Service Limitations
Due to the nature of our services, equipment, and scheduling requirements, we are unable to accommodate all requests. Services are limited to:
Bridal and adult hairstyling services
Children’s styling when booked alongside an adult service
If you have specific requirements, we kindly invite you to contact us prior to booking so we can ensure suitability.
Beyond Hair is not liable for failure to perform services due to events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, government restrictions, or venue closures.
10. Third-Party Suppliers
While we are unable to formally recommend third-party suppliers, we encourage clients to conduct independent research when securing additional vendors. Beyond Hair is not responsible for the performance or reliability of any third-party service providers.
11. Social Media & Photography
Photographs captured by Beyond Hair may be featured across our website, portfolio, and social media platforms. We may also share imagery provided by professional photographers, with appropriate credit.
If you prefer for your images to remain private, we kindly ask that you advise us in writing prior to your booking. Client reviews are welcomed and appreciated.
Acknowledgement
By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Beyond Hair reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version of these Terms & Conditions in effect at the time the booking is confirmed will apply to that booking.
