We've gathered the answers to our most frequently asked questions to help you feel informed, prepared and confident before your wedding day. Should you require any further information, we're always here to assist.
Securing Your Date
Your wedding morning is reserved exclusively for you. A signed confirmation and non-refundable deposit of $300.00 secures your date. Once received, your booking is confirmed and your preparations begin. Dates are not held without a booking fee.
When To Enquire
As an exclusive bridal service with intentionally limited bookings, dates are often secured 6–12 months in advance, particularly during peak wedding season. We encourage you to enquire as soon as your venue and date are confirmed.
Our Location & Travel
Beyond Hair is a mobile, on-location service.
Based in the Macarthur Region, NSW, we service:
· Macarthur · Southern Highlands · South Coast · Sydney · Destination Locations
Travel fees are quoted individually to ensure timely arrival and a seamless wedding morning.
Minimum Bookings
For locations beyond 25km out of our local radius, a minimum of three (3) people per booking applies.
Peak Saturday dates may require a minimum service spend to preserve the elevated experience we are known for.
Final Payment
Remaining balances are finalised via EFT three days prior to your wedding day, allowing your morning to feel effortless and uninterrupted.
Early Start Times & Morning Timeline
Bookings commencing before 6:00am incur an early start fee. Each hairstyle is allocated approximately 45–60 minutes, depending on hair type and desired finish. A personalised morning schedule is prepared prior to your wedding to ensure a calm, paced morning.
Changes To Guest Numbers
We understand that guest numbers may evolve as your wedding approaches. Reductions made within 30 days of your booking will be charged as originally quoted to preserve your reserved time. Full details are outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
Bridal Trial
A personalised Bridal Trial is highly recommended and provides the opportunity to refine your chosen hairstyle ahead of your wedding day. Appointments are typically scheduled approximately 3–4 months before your wedding and are held in my Revesby studio by appointment.
Hair Extensions
Beyond Hair does not supply hair extensions.
Should you wish to incorporate your own, we recommend 100% human hair clip-in extensions that have been professionally colour matched prior to your appointment.
Beyond Hair is happy to apply and style client-supplied clip-in extensions. A styling fee of $20 per person applies, as additional appointment time is required for extension application and styling.
Permanent hair extensions must be professionally fitted by an extension specialist prior to your appointment.
All buns, padding and sponging required for your hairstyle are supplied by Beyond Hair.
Additional Stylists
For larger bridal parties or celebrations requiring an earlier completion time, an additional stylist may be arranged to ensure a beautifully paced and seamless morning.
All assistants and second hairstylists are personally selected and coordinated by Beyond Hair, ensuring a consistent and elevated standard of service throughout your preparations.
Where required, the fee for an additional stylist is tailored to your booking and confirmed within your quotation.
Touch-Ups & Reception Style Transitions
Should you require on-site touch-ups, veil removal or a reception style transition, additional services can be arranged upon request.
Preparation Space
To create an effortless styling environment, we simply ask for a low-back chair, a small table, and a well-lit, open space to accommodate our tools.
In The Unlikely Event
In the rare circumstance of illness or emergency, every effort will be made to arrange a trusted stylist of equal standard so your day continues seamlessly
